Here we go again with a young man's penis obsession, whether it be too big, too small -- whatever! I haven't really decided yet if you guys are bragging or complaining, really worried or throwing out bait to the girls. What else do young boys do other than measure their penis? I thought girls were bad, because they obsess over the size of their breasts. Length is not as important as what you decide to do with your penis. If you're smart, you'll keep it under cover until you're old enough to make babies. Until then, just use it to pee. Gawd, I can't believe I'm saying this. Yes that's very small. Normally it should grow 1 inch per year. At 14, it should be 14 inches. You need to see your doctor right away. You may have a case of penis wilt.

First, get circumcised - perhaps you must have included the foreskin in the measurement. But at that long, learn to bend your head down to reach it while you are still young. When you are old enough and it grows long enough, you don't need to get married, you can just bend down or put it inside its nearest neighboring hole.
