what is the html code to rezise a picture in a blog that can only be 415 width all the time?

I have a photoblog, and some pictures are wider so I use a "widht=415" to keep them in size but they get blurry, so what can I do to rezise them without the picture getting blurry, thanxs

if you don't want to resize the image do this

width="415" height="415">

Use a photo editor. You can download the Gimp for free from http://www.gimp.org/ It is comprable to Photoshop which costs $400+ for a Windows version and does almost everything Photoshop can.

Resize them in a photo editor, instead of doing it by hand in HTML. That always works better.
