I can do around 40 push ups but i cant do a pull up. There's a simple push up you should try, basically you do the push up on the wall instead of the floor, and if you do it through a routine it will eventually lead you to do normal push ups. Just place two of your hands in the wall (of course 2 hands duh) put your feet at shoulder lenght, and just do it as if it were a push up. The lower u put your hands, the better. If you wanna try something else, start doing little weights and exercise your back, chest, biceps, triceps, and forearms, your upper body for short. Youll eventually do push ups.

I can do 50 nonstop, then rest for about 30 seconds and then another 50. The trick is keep your arms shoulder width apart, your back straight and your legs straight out. Try to do one correct and when you think your ready increase your reps and don't forget to breathe.

I can, but the secret to push ups is taking your time and one per day until your body and arms get use to the feeling

The average soldier can do 50 pushups. I suggest getting to one before joining the army.

PRACTICE PRACTICE AND PRACTICE. I AM FEMALE 44 YRS. AND I CAN DO AT LEAST 10 PUSH UPS AT A TIME. AND I MEAN THE MEN ONES NOT THE ONES THE FEMALES DO. TRY LIFTING WEIGHTS FOR A WHILE YOU HAVE TO BUILD UP YOUR MUSCLES BEFORE YOU CAN LIFT YOUR-SELF.
