Take the knife you were using to cut the onions and chiles and use it to cut your hand off above the wrist and that should take care of the stinging , but it might have a more severe side effect.

I asked this same question a week or so ago. You can check out my profile and look at all of the answers. I tried them all. Benydril, Baking soda, Ice, Viniger, Onion juice. Time was the best cure.
dont go to the doctor. I did not try that one.

use Neosporene. Or if you don't want to use medicines, keep ice pressed to the wound. It will benignly numb that area and stop the sting.
Actually stinging is good---it means the skin (the epidermis part) is trying to heal.
I don't want to scare you, but do you that severe diabetics don't feel any sting or pain until they develop edema.

disinfect it with some alocohol or peroxide and then put some ice on it to numb it, then put a bandaid on it and take some advil

hydrocortizone cream. you can get it at walmart or any drug store. the generic brand will be fine.
