No, the truth doesn't need to be proved. Truth can be as individual as each person who believes a certain thing. Some truths need faith, some truths are a gut instinct that simply cannot be explained apart from that it is true for that person.
Untruths or lies can also be a gut instinct. Perhaps it more that an untruth needs to be proved, i.e. if you think your partner is not telling the truth.

The truth doesn't need a witness, it is truth that we are on the internet we don't need anyone to prove it. If you have a fact to support the truth then it will assist in becoming other peoples truth.

Egotistical people have the need to prove that their version of it is right. But truth will remain the same regardless of whether it's believed or not.

The truth is always the truth, no matter whether someone believes in it or not. But truth is subjective, it changes from person to person, so it can never be truly proven.

A truth will stand alone for what it is. Weather whispered or seen. A lie on the other hand, no matter how loudly shouted or how often told, will always be a lie

You can prove nothing. You can only test things based on assumptions that you take as being true with no proof because they seem so obvious. If your postulates are wrong then your proof is wrong to speak all math like on you.

No.
Truth is simply an evaluative term which indicates whether a particular argument or proposition among others is successful or not. What we're interested in are the facts, the propositions, and arguments.
