I have brown hair, brown eyes, and tan skin, and use a variety of colors...
I use a lot of Chanel quad eye shadows, pinks, purples (might sound yuck to you but their colors are very calm and look great on tanned skin)
Go to Nordstrom, and visit the Chanel, MAC and Lancome counters, the sales people are very friendly and will help you to pick what's best for you.
Try on a few colors and find out what you feel comfortable wearing and what looks good on you.
I have one by Lancome called drama, lasts a long time and I don't have to re apply all day.... I also get a lot of compliments on it.
I just bought some more from Chanel that has 4 colors, peach, deep brown, pink and green and I love it.
Lancome has 2 sets of lip glosses that has 8 different colors all together, they are the best, not as sticky as other glosses, and last a few hours before you have to re apply..
MAC will give you a bigger selection of colors (much bigger) yet does not stay on all day..
Their best product is their pigment eye shadow... I love it you can use it as base or by itself of mix it with other colors.
For blush, try bobbi brown shimmer blush it comes in 3 different colors... (It gives you a great color for your cheeks)

A darker pink: a pink that looks like it was pink mixed with a tiny bit of brown but still pink. Put that over the closest part to your eye. Then put a soft brown in the crease of your eye, and then a cream/butter color under your eyebrow. Also using brown eye liner brings out the brown better than black or any other color. And maybe try a black/brown mascara.

i think some silver and some light brown and also some shadow with glitter like the shinny look but i have brown eyes and brown hair and i like gold and silver sometimes alittle white. even a little purple sometimes sorry if i confuse u.

I would say bright, metallic green like lime or possible sultry shades of violet/mauve/pinks. You might also try a lighter eye liner like pink or silver or white.

purple tones and white, crisp tones work with tan skin and brown eyes and hair very well!
