my rabbi says that the music I listen to the devils work, is that true?

Remember Water Boy? Apply that-unless you are hopelessly religous or going to a convent, music is not the devil and people should quit blaming our societal problems on music. It's a lack of care, concern, and simple human decency and respect that's causes the breakdown. People just don't give a s__ about the other human beings in this world-they are too worried about what's their, what someone owes them, and what they think their entitled to. This much thought to the point that they'll kill and take what they want rather than working for it.

2) why would the devil make music?
3) but all in all, if you're seeing religious people on a regular basis, and are receiving guidance, you should be OK. Even if you ARE listening to the Devil's music.
