Yeah, you can do it. Take the fender off, sit on the bike, and whack the front wheel into a tree. After a few good whacks, you will knock it back into place. Oh, loosen up the triple clamp and front wheel axle too before you do it. Once the fork is back in place, tighten everything up again. If you don't get it back perfectly, don't worry. You will adapt to it.

Depending on how bad they're bent, fork tubes can be straightened. I don't recommend it. Straightening them will weaken them. You'll need a 50 ton press. Most bike shops won't want to be bothered and don't want the liability. Bite the bullet and buy new ones. Also check that the steering stem isn't bent. Jack the bike up and remove the F wheel & fender. Loosen the pinch bolts holding the fork tubes to the steering stem. Spin one of the tubes 360 degrees around in a circle .There should be no binding or movement of the sterring stem. Then do the same with the other tube.

ok.. this is very troublesome to do.. you could no longer try this until you have the main remarkable strategies and somebody who's experienced in steel bending... attempt to get something basic.. you additionally could make an identical layout (no offense, besides the undeniable fact that it might finally end up gruesome considering human arms are no longer precise adequate to get the authentic comparable curve in each bend you're making on the front of the fork)... i might say initiate with a fork which has some layout on it and then arise with some techniques... in case you have some spare forks, use them and notice the type you do... in case you think of you're good adequate, then try it on the fork with the layout... a thank you to bend the fork that good, is to apply strategies of a few variety and you need to be fairly experienced... i'm no longer able to think of of any incorrect thank you to bend something like that...

If they're just slightly bent, as in SLIGHTLY...... you can get them rolled, and that will fix the problem. If they're bent at a tight radius, or have a bulge, or a fold, then you'll have to get new parts. Unless you're 100% sure that you can rebuild them your self, take them to Kawasaki, and let them do the work for you. As the other guy's said, though, the properties of the metal may be compromised, due to compression of the molecules, or stretching. Don't try to bend them back, by hand, or by some backyard forces. It'll end in tears !!!!!!

Only if you are very strong. You will need a press, and a dial indicator to make sure they are streight. But let me say they may not be as strong as they once were. The old time durt trackers would do this,(back in the 50's and 60's). But I would not do it to mine bike. I ride on the street.

I would take that kind of work into the shop. If they can straighten the frame on a car, they can probably straighten slightly bent forks.

Don't do it. The geometry of the front end will be off as it is nearly impossible to return the forks to their original configuration, which will cause serious handling problems.

Just buy new ones. They're not that expensive and you may be able to find used ones on eBay. Anyone who says to bend them back is an idiot. Your weakening structural tubing, it would never be as strong, or straight, or safe again.

No, the integrity of the metal is probably shot at this point, you would be safer to replace them all together.
