get a good book or magazine, get some chocolate or ur fav. candy. and take a nice long relaxing bubble bath

It's hard for me to imagine being bored. I have a huge stack of books I'm always waiting to get to; likewise with magazines. There are projects to imagine and plan, environments to spruce up and improve, meals to plan and cook, people to talk to, people to give to (you can visit kids in hospitals who lay there day after day for weeks with no one to talk to), you can call relatives who love you and ask about their day. You can pore over atlases and learn about your world. you can take a walk, in the woods or a park, and observe the natural world.
dig deep inside yourself. what's there? can't find it? pick something and develop it.
