Stop wasting your time and health on chemical enhancements like eyeliner. Use natural oils like coconut and castor oil to improve your eyes, reduce shadows and droop and other conditions. Mascara, false eyelashes, eyebrows will make you unnecessarily old. Like addicts, you will never know natural beauty until it is too late.

First make sure the area you are going to line is perfectly dry and free from oils / creams. After applying your eyeliner go over it with an eyeshadow as close as possible to the eyeliner color. If you are lining the inner rim carefully dab it dry using a tissue before lining it. Also try using a water proof eyeliner like MAC's Power Point eye pencil.

1) Apply Moisturizer 2) Concealer 3) Powder 5) Eyeshawdow 6) Eyeliner, Use Estee Lauder 7) Smudge it with same color eyeshadow powder, if using black liner use black eyeshadow powder and smudge it.
When Eyeliner is applied always smudge it a bit and apply same color powder eye shadow. This keeps it from running/smearing/fading, allows it to stay on longer.
I always look super, and I work for a popular cosmetic company. I wouldn't buy Avon, Mary Kay, Walgreens, WalMart or any other place that sells cheap brands at expensive prices.

What kind of eyeliner do you use? Don't wear pencil eyeliner. It's not waterproof. To wear pencil eyeliner in case of wearing bottom eyelid. You should wear liquit eyeliner. It's long lasting whole day and not sweting off.

Buy a water proof eyeliner. I use MerleNorman and even when I swim it stays exactly where I put it.. That is the only brand that I found that doesn't smudge or run.

If your eyeliner is not staying on you can purchase waterproof eyeliner. I find that it stays on all day and even when I swim. It is great. There are other waterproof makeup products that you can purchase too, to keep your makeup looking great all day long.

Makeup will always come off from sweat. There's no stopping it. Try using press powder on your makeup though. It may work.

Get eyeliner that says 'long-lasting' on it - make sure it is a color you like and a trusted brand (maybelline, covergirl, etc.)
