Is there any difference when giving a handjob to a circumcised and uncircumcised guy?
Uncircumcised has lots of loose skin to roll back and forth while circumcised is so tight I have to use a lotion?

You answered your own question. While a uncut penis has lots of foreskin that is loose and slack, it can be massaged to orgasm without the use of lubricants. The circumcised penis on the other hand (especially if it has been trimmed very tight) is difficult to bring to orgasm with the female hand unless oil or lotion is used. Thats one reason they circumcised in the first place was to prevent masterbation. It makes masterbation more difficult and usually requires some lotion. The head is also less sensitive. Its better though.
