I have an allergy to ace bandages. Doctor's said not broken but have been sore for months. Need something to wear to compress. Tried putting on t-shirt then wrapping but this only causes shirt to buch up after moving. Even tried cotton guase under bandage but no go still bad rash. Looked at rib belts but don't go high enough if i pull up they work there way down. Tried the full chest shirt but it is to heavy and thick for working outside. Need something that will stay at the first two ribs under the arm pits.

You might just try wrapping with plain gauze. They have plain gauze rolls that have some elastic properties that may not cause the same allergic reaction as the ACE bandage. Do you have a latex allergy? (I believe there is some latex in ACE bandages). If you do, there are nonlatex versions of the ACE bandage out there.
Hope this helps!
