Don't forget to distribute the negative.

Keep in mind that in absolute value there are no negatives. (By the way, may I suggest using lower case L instead of brackets in the future?)

Steps:
1. distribute pi through the first absolute value
l2pi + -pil / lpi +-2l
2. get rid of negatives since they don't exist in abs
2pi+pi / pi +2
3. simplify
3pi / pi +2
4. simplify
2pi / 2
5. divide
= pi

Since the absolute value of (2 minus pi) equals the absolute value of (pi minus 2), the bracketed items are equal and their ratio is one. Thus, this is the same as (pi) times (1), or pi. The answer is pi.

pi * [2-pi] / [pi-2] = pi * (pi - 2) / (pi - 2) = pi *1 = pi.

That's 1
Cause [ 2 - pi] / [pi - 2] is actually

[ 2 - pi] so that's 1 :)
______

Multiply everything in the numerator by -1. You'll be left with -pi.
-pi I-2 +piI/Ipi-2I= -pi Ipi-2I / Ipi-2I The Ipi-2I cancels out Oops---Charitie's right.

So this looks something like

π |2-π|
---------
|π-2|

right?

Since π>3, we know that π-2 > 1, which means that π-2 is positive, so |π-2| just equals π-2.

We also know, then, that 2-π must be negative, for the same reason. Since the absolute value of a negative number is just the opposite of that number, we have

|2-π| = -(2-π) = -2+π = π-2

So our original expression becomes

π (π-2)
---------
π-2

and the π-2's cancel, leaving us with

π.

pi [2 - pi] / [pi - 2] ----------> (pi = 3.14159...)

Solve each absolute value:

abs (2 - pi) = abs (2 - 3.14159) = abs (-1.14159) = 1.14159

abs (pi - 2) = abs (3.14159 - 2) = abs (1.14159) = 1.14159

So....

pi (1.14159) / (1.14159) = pi
