I don't know if it's the rock bottom cheapest but North East Pa. above the poconos say in Susquehanna county is very inexpensive still despite rising prices. If you shop around you can get property in large sections for about 2000 an acre. Find an out of the way lake. Look up ownership in the local courthouse and make an offer!

Texas is still reasonable. I am a loan officer and have recently done quite a few loans in Galveston. You can still buy at reasonable prices and the values are increasing rapidly.

I stay in windfall, RI. the prevalent residing house inland is a minimum of $300K. My house is nicely worth $860K. once you get on the water front from CT, RI, MA, ME, you're seem at a million.5M+ there is not any longer something inexpensive in New England. it particularly is why I stay right here, i like it!
