Yes,
Douglas make a shoulder pad called Zena. Only womans sports shoulder pad out there. There are over 80 woman team nationwide. 3 leagues. So yes they wanted to conquer first and they are selling fast. Everything else is the same from football helmet to cleats.
Cleats go to nikeid.com to get these custom made because finding a smaller size may not be available an you will run around to much save time.
Helmet, you will want maybe larger chin pads depending on the face structure. Check with your local sports shop that sells helmets and get the right fit.
Coach woman for 5 years because if you daughter tells you she wants to play football than I am here to make sure its done correctly. Respect the game not the people have opinions about it.

You can probably find Girls football gear at your local sports store if not try going to the site that makes guys football gear and looking around or you could just make the guys football gear work they did it for one girl at my school and it worked just fine. girls who play football are actually usually really girly they just wanna have fun and show people what they can do....... my best friend just got married to the girl that played on his school football team.......
