If you could keep a real dragon as a pet...?

What would it look like? Name and tell about it.

My dragon would be black as night, and have silver claws and eyes. He would be named Moonlight and be very loyal and protective of me.

Whoever comes up with the dragon I like best gets 10 pts!

I would have a white dragon with blue eyes. He has Ice breath (Great for hot days here in FL!) The membranes of his wings are a very light blue color, lighter than sky blue. His teeth fold against the roof of its mouth like a snake's. The spikes along his back are silver-blue and so are it's claws. He likes pepermint and mint chocolate ice cream, which we would fight all the time over. HIis back would be about my height(5'3) when standing on all fours. He would love to read, and we'd share books. He could shapeshift into a human so we could go out in public together. As a human he would have shoulderlenght platinum blond hair and blue eyes. He would like playing video games- computer and console. He would also be a talented artist and make paintings for my fantasy novel. He would listen to all types of techno, rock, classic rock, and classical music. He would be an excellent piano player.

My dragon would be tiny during the day and eagle-sized at night. That way she could sleep in a tiny little stone castle and fly around all night. Her name would be Fria.

Mine would not be a fire-breathing dragon; I just don't see the aesthetic appeal in a big lizard that flies around burning stuff. Mine would be an ice dragon, I think. She would be dark blue, almost black, with shiny scales. The moonlight would reflect off of her scales in such a way that would show her eyes more than anything else, and perhaps a subtle outline of her thin, graceful form. You would only be able to see the blue in her under moonlight. She would land on a rooftop without making a sound, and take flight without the slightest breeze. She would be swift and would cut through the air like a razor blade.

Mine would be small enough to ride around in my duster's pockets. He'd be darkest blue (almost black) but give off a rainbow-like sheen when the light struck him just right. Deep golden eyes, yellowish horns, black wings, deep ivory claws, and an old gold color for the spinal ridges. I think that "Makeshift" would be a suiting name for such a beast.

Mine would be red with a yellow belly, he would have spikes on his head like a triceratops and a tail like a stegasaurus. He would be able to breath fire like a volcano and fly as high as plane. He would only help people and animals that are nice to him and don't piss him off. Oh yes his name would be Fluffy cause that is what his heart would look like if you could see it.

Mine would be Pink, very cuddly, and it's eyes could change color when it wanted. I don't know what it's name would be... I tend to wait and pick a name that fits it. Likely the name of something from Mythology, though.
