Throw a little fit, rant and rave for about five minutes then get on with things. I usually take a brisk walk to burn off the pent up energy and then I do something productive like clean out a closet or something. If I get down to re-organizing entire rooms, my family leaves for awhile. LOL.
Otherwise, talk to a friend, take a bubble bath, a nap, surf the net, anything to take my mind off of whatever it was.

B*tch and moan and pout and say sarcastic things that are ridiculous until I realize my horrible mood is a waste of time and I laugh at myself...This usually works, but sometimes I just cry really hard. I've heard writing or drawing can help...I've tried it but I'm not very creative so I usually just get frustrated...then I cry...or laugh...
I think I need help!

I just stay in my room and sleep, read, or go online until i calm down.....i don't want to do anything silly with the horrible mood and waiting until i calm down seems like the best solution for me....

1) I take a warm bath.
2) I read a book.
3) I write/draw.
4) I watch a movie.
5) I take a nap.
6) I force myself to laugh.
7) I talk to my friends.
Or of course there's always the whole punching the pillow thing :)

Unfortunately sometimes take it out on the people around me then try to find my favorite music go for a drive alone and play it loud to make me happy again
