There's also torrentbox.com and thepiratebay.org

Stay away from torrentportal.com. It has HTML viruses.

Firefox has a torrent search toolbar plug in that allows you to search multiple sites. it works pretty well depending on the type of searches you can go go to the different sites, ie movies vs songs or games etc.
