How do I find addresses of other yahoo users? Is their a directory?

On Yahoo!'s main page there is a tab called "Directory"

Click it and put in the name of the person you are seeking.

My experience is that it is not a reliable way to find people.

The second link below is a site that is based on published white pages and yellow pages directories. It isn't the greatest, but is better.

You can do a search on Yahoo...http://people.yahoo.com/
