Contact his pediatrcian or call your insurance's Ask-A-Nurse hotline and advise them of how much you gave him. Medication for chidren (and adults as well) is given by height and weight, not just age. He may have had that amount before but maybe with the combination of whatever was in his digestive track at the time or NOT there.
Or ithe vomiting may be totally unrelated and he could just be getting sick as the first answer said.
But with Tylenol you have to be careful, did you use concentrated infants or Childrens Tylenol? There is a BIG difference and sometimes parents have overdosed because the Infants is much stronger in it's dosage than children's tylenol.
(See website http://www.pedsforparents.com/articles/2684.shtml "The problem is the concentrated infants' drops are about three times stronger than the children's liquid. The infants' medicine is more concentrated so babies can get the right amount of acetaminophen in just a small amount of liquid. But it's easy to confuse the two strengths." copyright 2006)

personally, i never gave my son any tylenol before his shots. yes, they hurt, but if he has a reaction from the immunizations themselves, i would like to be able to notice them rather than hide them before they hit.
however, he may have a sensitive stomach to medication. if this just happened take him to the doctor NOW! however, if this was a few hours ago and there were no other symptoms of an allergic reaction besides the throwing up like a fever or rash, then i would go ahead and wait until your rescheduled appointment for his shots. talk to your pediatrician! if you're worried, as a mom, it is ok and it is always ok to call your ped.

Could of just not liked the medicine and made him throw up. You should not give the Tylenol until the moment after they give him shots. They usually give you a sample bottle and give him a does before you leave the office. Then if he throws it up again they will be there and you can ask them about it then.

I had the same problem with my daughter-everytime I gave her tylenol (maybe too thick?) she would throw it up. I finally starting putting about 1 ounce of formula in her bottle mixed with the tylenol and we had no problems. I am not a physician, but generally, allergic reactions are more likely to be with hives, difficulty breathing, etc. Please check with the pediatrician though!

maybe but i dought it. kids at that age just throw up milk if they are moved to much or too hot. could be thousands of reasons.
I wouldn't worry too much but when you do go to the doctor ask just to be safe.
DON'T give the baby tylonel before the shots wait till after. The doctor is giving immunizations you don't want the tylonel to fight it. wait till the tylenol has pain to fight.
