hi my name is becky and im 14 i have really big boobs i mean DDD and they are keeping me from losing weight my waist ids size 18 but i weigh 266 dad says its all in my boobs but i need help in losing this weight in a months time i need to hit 220 by sept 5 and 165 by november 25 i need to lose weight to go to aunt wedding im next may i NEED TO LOSE THIS WEIGHT PLEASE HELP ME IM DESPERATE

*hug* I know the feeling of having big boobs. I'm 14 with nearly a D cup. Consider a breast reduction if they're bothering you that much. You may still be growing, so talk to a specialist about it. My mum had it done, and she said it was the best decision she ever made.
Swimming is the best form of exercize you can get. It builds muscle, trims all over your body, and it makes you genuinely hungry. I just lost a bunch of weight and I barely did anything. I just ate fruit, vegetables and fish and swam every day.

OK, first of all Becky relax. It's going to be ok. It doesn't sound to me like you need to lose weight, but if you really feel you do just be sure to eat healthy food and take regular portions. Above all, remember that you are special to everyone no matter what you weigh or how you look. You have more time than you think. So relax, and just let it happen naturally.

Geez, I would look into getting a breast reduction, since it does sound like it's all in your boobs.
