Have you tried to do more chores around the house for money? Maybe chores for neighbors? Laundry, walking their dogs, etc. It's difficult to find a job other that babysitting when you're preteen. Most states don't allow kids to work until they're 16.
Hey, I just saw a cool idea on another thread. How about collecting recyclables from neighbors to cash in. Everyone has can abd bottles. Offer to pick them up once a week and recycle them. Send out a flier around the neighborhood.

There's not much out there for a pre-teen so maybe you do extra things around the neighborhood like cut grass clean or wash cars or see if you can earn at the store's in the area
