the champions conceeding only 2 goals only one was by penalty and the other an own goal. They only struggled against france and australia. Overdominated there other mathces. The u.s. game was alittle sloppy but still a very good game. never lost just a draw in the entire tournament. But I give a lot of credit to france germany australia and portugal as they also play well.

Italy is the best!!!!!! first of all, they won the whole tournament..they were officially named best in the world...second..like the guy above said, the only goals they gave up were an own goal and a pk, third...they have the best goalie (buffon) and best defender (cannavaro) in the world with lots of amazing world-class talent in midfield (pirlo, gattuso, totti, toni, etc) ...and they did not cheat, despite what eveyone says about them...Forza Italia!!!

I was cheering for both Italy, which won the World Cup, and Germany. I will go with Germany.

I wish I could say Brasil, but unfortunately, a Seleção didn't play up to their potential. Painfully, I will have to say Argentina. Germany and Spain did well too (pinche France!). Forza Italia!
