I am seriously looking into becoming a fireman, but i am not sure if i'll be able to pass the physical abilities tests that they run... if anyone knows anything let me know!!

I figured it might be, but i am still wondering if i might be able to pass the abilities test??

As long as you are in decent shape, I would imagine you'd be fine.

Yea you can do it. 75% mental.
Why not spend 8 weeks on a high protein heavy weight program.
Put on 10 pounds of muscle and build strenght.
Then go kick some butt.
Dont forget the mental part, build it as you build muscle.

They will take you to hell and back. At least thats what my fireman friend told me. If you can live through training ....good for you!

Start taining now to get in shape for it! You can find the requirments online on the FD website.
