Do you have to have a static ip on the computer you are remoting too, in order to connect though ip?

1. Find out your IP address, google "what is my ip address"
you will find sites that will report it back to you.
2. Make sure you set the recieving computer to allow remote connections.
3. Enter the ip address in Remote Desktop Connection from the computer you are connecting from.

You should get a login prompt from the remote machine enter your login and password as if you were right in front of it.
