Sometimes you can type the number in Google and it witl show you. If you know the name you can look unda zaba.com and it will list most of their addresses with phone numbers. I dont think cell phone are liste on either one though.

Try whitepages.com reverse phone number look up, maybe you have luck. It doesn't work with all numbers, depends on if the address was published or not.

a reverse phone number look up

look at the area code, ya know the first three numbers
example: (_ _ _)-000-0000
then research online the area code and it will tell you what city they live in.
