Throw it away. I assume it has not been washed since it was last used, so your lady friend who owns it should not use it again anyway. Those should be washed IMMEDIATELY after using. If she asks, tell her what you did, and-if you feel like it-offer to buy her a new one. Go to www.blowfish.com or somewhere and act excited to be helping her pick out a new one on the computer. That way, you're not a prude, you were just worried about her health. (And your own.) And I bet she won't accidentally leave her new one lying around anymore.
As for your other lady friends....unlike the person above me, I do NOT hope you get an STD, because you're likely to pass it on. Please be sure to get tested.
