Whatever your company policy is. Just make sure you give the same holidays to all of the employees.

Frankly, you don't HAVE to give anybody any holidays.

I looked on the NY State Labor site. If there is a company policy on holidays then you would go with that, i.e. 1 day per month worked, but there is no law requiring a company to give holidays nor give paid holidays. The UK has a much better system...ahhhh...Bank Holidays too. Canada's labour law requires holidays with pay as well, 2 weeks after one year of employment, but in some provinces it is more.
