Congress makes the laws and controls the money, so why won't people just vote them out in November?

Congress doesn't control the money the treasury is in the executive branch. Congress writes the laws the President signs them into law or vetos them. The President IS the man incharge, and the responsibility is his.

God, you're moron..Congress DIDN'T come up with an f-ed up rational for war, nor did they produce the flawed intelligence that justified it. Stop trying to deflect the responsibility for this war. They bought it for sure, what else could they do in light of 9/11? And now you wanna ***** about appropriations? Please, then you'd complain about how we didn't support the troops....what hogwash...

The truth is no one wanted to be looked upon as unpatriotic by voting against authorizing force (they didn't declare war) and the Bush cronies would have crucified anyone that did...

Bush is usually the one on the news and stuff so i guess people think that he controls everything by himself because of that
