The following truly natural Shaklee supplements have been very helpful in preventing UTIs. Very important to seek out the best products for successful treatment.
At a minimum: Optiflora (replaces "friendly" bacteria which antibiotics destroy) and Garlic Complex (natural antibiotic)
Other supplements that would also be helpful are:
Vita-C, Zinc and Nutriferon (builds & strengthens immune system)
B-Complex (increases absorption)

This might sound too simple and maybe you are already doing this. When you wipe after using the bathroom, you should wipe front to back. E-coli like to hang out around your anal area and some times that gets pulled into the urethral openig if you wipe the wrong way. Unfortunately the other problem is that some women just have the right pH for getting UTI's. If you don't already eat yogurt, try some a few times a week. I agree with the other answers about the cranberry juice also. That can be a big help. If you don't like the juice, you can actually buy cranberry pills now days. Good luck

That is the urinary tract not track. Meantime aside from the mention bathing and cotton panties you don't state what else you are using or avoiding. Sexual activity can sometimes cause UTI's, too little fluid intake, and scented feminine products could be factors. You state you have had renal testing but gave the general blanket of UTI which doesn't clarify if you are having problems primarily with kidneys or bladder.

I agree with you, sometimes doctors miss things. You could have some serious disorder and they send you home untreated. It happens daily. Some people continuously go to the doctor and don't receive the right answer. I find out a lot of health issues online. Cranberry juice helps with UTI's. You need to get a referral from your doctor to a Urinary Specialist. Sometimes your constant complaints will get action. It is your health.

Which way do you wipe? Front to back I hope. What is cultured out of the urine? That will tell you where it is coming from. If ecoli you are getting your poop mixed in with the urine. HOW?
Intercourse in the rectum followed by vaginal sex OR wiping the wrong way OR a hole between the vagina and the rectal area OR wearing thongs that rub back and forth carrying the germs OR not peeing after sexual intercourse and cleaning out the ureter....

I used to have the same problem. But, I drank coke, coffee, all sorts of drinks with caffeine in them all the time. Once I found the azo-standard pills and started taking them (they really really work) I quit drinking all that stuff and started drinking more water. Hope you find out whats wrong!

Madam,
I am not a female but a advice, please go to a doctor or hospital, no point of posting your health questions here. You might get some unintentionally harmful ideas. Try some women health centre, etc.

Some months I get them more often than that and my doctors also says that I'm normal and healthy. So I just deal with it with infection meds.

Well, I cannot tell you what is causing them, but I can tell you a great prevention for them... drink plenty of cranberry juice. Yes I know it is bitter, but so is the pain one of these infections can cause you...
Good luck!
