When you lok sumthing up like for example google or yahoo it saves what you looked up and when you look it up again it shows you it down below and you click on it but how do u delete it so it doesn't come up again cuz you don't want anyone to see it. you usually use the delete botton but mines doesn't work what do i do??
please help me i hope you understand

Go to the top of internet explorer, press "tools", it's next to "favorites".
Now press Internet options .
After that you can " erase cookies" and " temporary files", this will erase what you searched.
You can also "delete history".

I don't know how to do this either. To those reading, she is not talking about the address bar in Explorer, she is talking about when you type something in the search field on the Yahoo! or Google website. I have Windows 2000ME at work and WindowsXP at home. It doesn't do that on XP but does on ME.

You need to delete your history. Go to tools, internet options, delete cookies, delete files, and delete history.
