I've been to a lot of places, and I honestly think that the U.S. despite its shortcomings, is the greatest place on earth. It's relatively safe, the legal system makes more sense than many other countries, and of course all my friends and family are here (I never said I was unbiased!). But if I had to choose somewhere else, then (not necessarily in order of preference):

Singapore
Australia
England
Spain
New Zealand sounds nice
Canada
Austria
Malaysia

Well, judging by the worth of nationality to me...

1) Saudi Arabia (free access to Makkah and Medina for muslims)
2) Pakistan (my homeland) and Canada (my new home land).
3) South Korea.
4) Japan.

I've always nurtured the thought that I am a "world citizen" and if we all go by this simple thought, we can save so many innocent lives from getting perished due to wars.

And to address your question, frankly there is no favorite country as such on my list.

though that's NOT saying other countries aren't good either or places I'd like to visit. Like Italy, Greece, Turkey. It would be fascinating.
