Every couple of weeks or so, I wake up to one of my legs in a burning pain, and it doesen't go away for 5-10 minuites. Can anyone tell me what it is and if there is a way to prevent it from happening?

I am not a doctor, so I am not sure. However, it may be serious like a blood clot, so you should take no chances and go see your doctor asap. He/she will be able to tell you what is wrong AND treat the problem.

Maybe you need calcium.. I had that problem when I was a teenager, as a result I had to take a calcuim pill daily due to the growing of my body and for my bones.

Dear Kassie,

It sounds like it could be a pinched nerve of some sort. I would strongly recommend getting an X-Ray or something similar to investigate.
