which window?

The window probably slid off the track. You have to remove the panel on the door to get the glass back into the track

check the fuses if there good use a test light to see if you have power to the window when you hit the button

if you live on a dusty dirt road the contact in the door switch needs cleaned.

the motor went out. needs to be replaced
