I hate to tell you but there is not much you can do about the guys staring at your breasts. You could tell them they are being rude but it seems that so many guys just cannot seem to help it. There heads just automatically turn in the direction of a well-endowed woman. My room-mate has it happen all the time. Sorry.

wear really loose close. The only rpebalm with that is that it will make you appear fat.
