I put chapstick on a lot, maybe not every 10 mins. but quite a few times duribg the day. I find that if someone has medium sized lips then if it looks dry then it makes the person's lips look bad. With thin lips its not as noticable and I don't know much about big lips. Lip gloss also sort of serves the same purpose. It's not heavy make- up but it helps people not look barren.

LOL, it's called gloss, and using it every ten minutes is for silly little teeny-boppers who think that keeping their lip gloss perfectly applied will win them the eternal love of the high school quarterback.

Lip gloss of course, it makes your lips shinier. Lipstick can make your lips look dry, therefore, we use lip gloss.

see, girls put on lipstick, but it makes their lips look dry and weird... so, they put on lip gloss to make their lips look shinnier and more glossy...
or... they are just trying to show off for a guy!!! lol

it is either lip gloss and they are trying to show of to some dude..or it is chapstick for chapped lips mostly i use it so my lips wont get chapped
