I think he should have gotten the same sentence anybody would in this jail-happy neo-prohibition era, no more and no less.

And the baboon should have served his time in a zoo. He should have been forced to listen to himself over and over and over until he feels the same way about Rush Limbaugh that most other people do. Then he may have a spot in society more worthy of himself, such as a sideshow geek or an Amway spokesman.

Depends. If the average Joe were caught with the medication and required to serve time, then I would say yes, Rush should serve time. Otherwise, no. He shouldn't receive any special treatment, or serve any harsher penalties, because of his public status.

Definitely.

He violated his probation and then paid someone off to claim the pills weren't his. It's quite clear that he's a pill head and doesn't think he should have to go to a doctor for a script. Lock him up, he's a crook.

he did nothing wrong. he got addicted to prescription pain killers for his back surgery--this happens to many including Brett Favre of the green bay packers. This is a normal side effect. He admitted to his mistake and took drug rehab.
