Your husband, and any guy for that matter, is stretchy because of the need to keep the testicles at a lower temperature than the rest of the body. The stretchy-ness allows for varying temperatures to keep the testicles cooler and moderate sperm production.

Just a guess, but I'd say that it's 'stretchy' because when he becomes erect that skin has to move up and cover more. That's why the testicles draw up during sex.

Now my question is, how come in pictures, you see some guys while erect still have their testicles hanging way down. That must be some sight when they are flaccid!

Was your husband antheletic now or at one time - and failed to use jackstrap (supporters)? Much like a women who has to wear bra to prevent her boobs from sagging.
