Check this website:

http://www.trenitalia.com/

It is the Italian train website that lists schedules for all of the different kinds of trains that travel in Italy. You can view the website in English by clicking on the "English" text (very top of the website, on the right). You can search for specific schedules and it tells you how long the different trains take, the prices, and even lets you buy tickets online (I would wait until you get to Italy though to buy - just print the schedules and take them with you). Good luck and have fun!

Take the train from Florence. It's just a short walk from the station at Pisa to the tower that passes the university. One can take the bus, of course. But I took the train.

Best way is by train. Theres a train every hour I believe and it costs (keep in mind, there was 3 of us) $36. Train ride is nice, but its hot in summer. Also theres a highway. I am not sure of the website of it.

Walk crooked that way you see the leaning tower better. Of course there are websites, just go to any search engine. Do something by yourself man.
