What ever happened to the computer game 'Nox'? Can you still buy it in the USA?

The game 'Nox' was a RPG almost like Diablo2 but with more vibrant colors and defined story line for each character (Warrior, Conjurer, or Wizard). The game had the greatest single player and story mode ever, very Dungeons&Dragons like in many ways. The game was released in 2000 and somewhere along the line became lost.
