If money is no object, Express and New York and Company sell short jeans (as well as normal and long sizes) I am nearly 5'4" and about your size and found that the shorts were just a little too short, so they may fit you. Also, many catalogs will sell short sizes not carried in stores, so if you try on a brand in a store, then order the short size you can guarantee the fit.

Also, if that would be too expensive, try hemming normal length pants. I wouldn't do it by hand, but with a machine or even taking it to a tailor (about 10-15 dollars cost) would make the pants shorter.

This may sound silly, but Limited Too can sometimes work. Even JCPenny can have some special sized. My friend is just like you, 5ft, and she can actually shop in the girls section but just get it in a larger size. It works really well. And the girls jeans are pretty cute, and some are faded and washed.

I have got here upon the patches ok yet i wager it relies upon what percentage times you wash the object. yet another answer may be to make a focal aspect of the rip: making use of a contrasting coloration of thick wool/yarn, stitch up area of the rip, somewhat like the Scarecrow in Wizard of oz., who knows you may commence a mode. I did once discover denim stick-on patches, with suggestions from the way.
