Well a wigger is supposedly a white person that tries to be black, I'm not quite sure where the term came from, but I guess it's a way to describe a white person who likes the rap and hip hop culture. It's quite stupid so don't trip over what she says. Be yourself even if that means you do like the hip hop culture and you're white, many people do there's nothing wrong with that.
