I feel that at the beach people are living/vacationing in a very open and relaxed state of mind. The beach creates a completely different atmosphere and aura from everyday life. It is easier to be relaxed and go with the flow.

I grew up on a dock over Puget Sound, and I miss the beach terribly. When I go inland I do apprecaite the mountains, the snow,,,,but life supposedly orginated from the sea, and my life doesn't do well when I am away from the saltwater for any real length of time.

The Ocean has a calming, thoughtfull pall on some humans causing introspective review and a prayerfull attitude towards God

The movie yes, I love the story, I always cry. Actual beaches I like to see them on TV, I have never been to the actual ocean and beach. I don't think lakes count.

I love beaches! I've been going to nude beaches for the past four years, all through college, and they are absolutely awesome. Once you've been to one and gotten over the first few minutes of shyness, you'll never want to go to a prude beach again!!!

I like beaches because they are fun to play on. If you have a snorkeling kit, you could even go under the water and look for fish. My favorite beaches are in Jamaica, Cancun, and Hawaii.

I could probably do an essay on why the beach is awesome.

I'll give a brief synopsis:

Beach Bars
Girls in Bikinis

That's really all there is to it.

I don't, but that's probably because I live two miles from a nice beach and I've just gotten tired of going.

What's not to like - sand, sun, water and that incredible fresh smell. But if you're referring to the movie "Beaches" - never saw it - never intend to.
