If you are thinking of actually putting the PS2 games in your PC and expect a miracle to happen, then just forget it cause PC and PS2 aren't compatible with each other. That's the same like trying to play VHS in your DVD player.
if you're thinking of playing PS2 game on PC, then you're talking about something else.
In fact, you can do it.
You have to have a PS2 emulator installed and download the game Torrent files from a seeder...
But, i HIGHLY discourage you to do so as it is ILLEGAL and you can be subjected to law suit (if you get caught).
This post is by NO MEAN encouraging you to do this stuff. I simply answering your Q whether it's possible to do so.
My suggestion is just go to your local blockbuster to rent the game or to local store to buy the game and play it on PS2 console.
