Some of you have raised questions about if its a "scientific poll". No its not. Instead it relies on the simple belief that the people here may not have an incentive or desire to lie. Can they still lie? Probably. But if they did, wouldn't I find a whole bunch of PhDs? Or at least a large number? I can see there are many people who have mentioned associates degree or who have said they are still in school and don't have a degree yet. I assumed that people would be hinest. If you are thinking of lying, then I request you to either not answer or not lie in your answer.

Those of you who are criticizing this poll, why don't you suggest a method that can ensure honest answers?

Unfortunately a lot of people can and do lie about their education to make themselves appear smarter. If they lie on job applications they will lie on here .But good luck with this.....

I am in college - I am a Republican; this study has been done before. Republicans are more educated than Dems on average. You guys have single mothers and minorities who have lower education levels on average. Also, most young college punks that get into your anti-American party will eventually become more conservative as they get older. With wisdom and experience comes more sound decisions about politics. Peace dick mouth. Nice one up there Canadian guy; made me laugh.

I gradgeated from grade school, but only got a h.s. diploma because they were tired of looking at my dumb a.s.s. What does party affiliation have to do with anything? It doesn't have anything to do with education, dip shits are in all parties. I myself believe that if you put your faith in one party or another and believe one is able to do a superior job over another you are a fool. They are all a bunch of carpetbaggers and low life opportunists that will sell out the common man and sell us out for profit. Your guys and their guys are no Teddy Roosevelt or Johnny Kennedy or Abraham Lincoln.or Frank Zappa. or god or jesus or the devil or Phil Silvers or Bob Hope or The Butthole Surfers. I am a commie, the hell with all the political parties.

I finish college in December and am looking for law schools to go to. I am not registered, but I am not an American citizen as of yet. If I were registered I would probably be an independent.

I am currently working on a Bachelor's with a bio and German double major. I have to say that I am a Republican. As much as I try not to lean too far in any one direction, I just can't stray too far away from that thing called common sense.

Bachelors in Engineering, Masters in Business...

used ot be a republican, but can't support that party anymore. I no longer have a party affiliation and vote for every position separately, and by candidate, not by party anymore.
