Wash your face several times with very cold water and avoid sun exposure at least for a day. This is what I usually do :-) Hope you see an improvement very soon.

God has been sort to permit me are living at present.Tomorrow would possibly in no way come.So I will have to be glad about at present. And whilst I get up at the morrow, the shock of being alive may be very first-class. Have a distinctive day.

Use lotion with aloe vera...that will cool it down!
I am a redhead and get burnt all of the time.
I know just how you feel.
Or you can soak in the bath tub with alittle baking soda.
I hope you feel better soon!

Aloe from the aloe plant, and DRINK PLENTY OF WATER! If you're in a lot of pain, use a little neosporin plus pain relief. Tomorrow, drink more water, and use a moisturizing cream.

This may sound weird, but I promise it works. Brew some black tea, chill it and apply it to your sunburn. Something about the tanin in the tea soothes the burn. Hope you feel better!
