Hi, I deleted a file about 50MB using Shift-Delete and now it's gone. I'm wondering if theres a free program/tool where I can recover it. At download.com has some good programs but I have to pay. :) Thanks.

yeah
you can send it to this company and they "might" be able to recover deleted files
but if they do or if they don't, they keep the money and believe me it's not cheap

You are correct, you need to buy the software that not only will undelete but all so restore in case you reformat and then decide you need to old data.
