there was a lot more variety years ago. every time i turn to they are showing an episode about paternity tests (but i don't watch it that much anymore). its still entertaining though, because there is always a girl on there who says she's 110% sure that the guy is her baby's father and then the results come out and she is wrong and she has to admit that she's a cheater and a liar.

The Maury Show also has police footage caught on tape & yes they have the cheating & paternity tests to. I totally agree with you there.

Maybe they get really good ratings for those shows....
Ideally people should only have sex with 1 person at a time so they would know who their childs father was... Especially when they are not using birth control or some kind of protection. Then maybe they wouldn't need Maury to prove it...

for the reason that maximum human beings understand who the father is, so requiring a paternity test would be ineffective for a number of human beings. "solid does not that's interior the super interest of the infant to comprehend who's/heavily isn't his/her father?" no longer continually. working example, if the mother became raped or the father was a ineffective beat in penal complicated then the particularly identity of the father would objective the baby greater grief than mandatory. "those women circulate off and cheat...." "think of a husband asking his companion for a DNA test, end of marriage" nicely, you probable have the female categorised already into "those lady" and "those lady" then in step with probability the guy thinking with reference to the real father of the infant will would desire to inspect marriage therapy. If the husband has any doubt that they are no longer the father of the infant than conveniently soliciting for the DNA attempt can't be the basis of the divorce.

Because now a days everyone just wants to see people who are way more screwed up than they are, after the popularity of the freaks on Jerry Springer other talk shows either had to go the same way or be lost in bad ratings and the land of cancelled shows.

Because it's fore fun this way! Also, it pays the genetic testers. You think normal people would ask for these tests? No way! The Maury show pays them to run the tests to make their show more interesting....vicious cycle!

It really is, and occasionally they will have a show "guess if this drag queen is a male or female". It's really disgusting, but they play whatever gets ratings.
