Ask her if she would like it if someone came up to her and squeezed her pussy. Then tell her that if she keeps doing it you will report her for sexual harassment. Do it in private with one witness, maybe a camp counselor or a close friend. If she continues being a prick tease or tries to report you for sexual harassment then you can report her, and use your witness to say that she started it. If you don't have a witness then it is a case of "he-said, she-said" and many people will believe her.
Of course this could also mean that she wants a sexual relationship with you. If you want that then you can explore that option and tell her that you don't like it when she grabs your nuts.

Put a mouse trap down your pants. Make sure it's facing the correct way. This will hopefully teach her a lesson.

Yea, they do that a lot. My wife does it too. Thankfully she's not a cruel women deep down and so when I cried she stopped it. Some times I just tell her, 'ya know what? keep the sex, it just isn't worth it'.
