There is no such thing. There are many years when good music was released. And what about music that was never released, like music played by peasants and hill-people, thousands of years before vinyl? Let's not forget about them!

Thought, 1969 was good although I was born then, 1994 was great actually 2006 hasn't been bad at all so far, in fact the last three years have been great (even if the charts continues to be full of crap) lets hope it lasts. Shame, we seem to have more bad years than good

Not best year for me, best years - mid nineties, early swing with Brandy, Aaliyah, TLC, Smooth, Xscape, SWV, Salt n Pepa, D'Angelo, Black Street, Ginuwine, Tupac, Biggie, Lil Kim etc etc.

I still love my 'pure swing' CD's, and THAT black man's beautiful body, in his tight bulging underpants! Boy pleeeeeeeeeaaaaaaaasssssssse!!
